We’re seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join a highly prestigious, globally recognized AM Law firm known for its excellence and elite talent development. This is a highly visible, collaborative role within the Legal Recruiting function, offering direct exposure to hiring partners, attorneys, and firm leadership while supporting law student and lateral recruiting efforts. Key Responsibilities for Legal Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Coordinate 1L and 2L law student recruiting programs, including interview scheduling, callback coordination, and candidate communication throughout the process.
  • Review and screen incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates for Hiring Partner consideration.
  • Manage on-campus recruiting logistics, including interview programming, scheduling, and related correspondence.
  • Organize callback interview schedules and support offer decision preparation and communication.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely data management.
  • Support recruiting events such as law school panels, mock interviews, and pipeline programs.
  • Assist with experienced attorney recruiting by helping manage candidate pipelines across offices.

Requirements for Legal Recruiting Coordinator:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
  • 4–6 years of experience in professional services, legal, or another fast-paced client-service environment is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with attorneys and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment is required.
