Job description

Job Summary
Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of clerical duties, including answering phone calls and emails, maintaining files, including confidential material, other projects as required for the Student Records/Intake Department and the Executive Director. The Student Records Coordinator/School Registrar must be able to assess the needs of the department and report back to the oversight Director and/or Executive Director and maintain confidentiality, professionalism, good judgement, and be respectful to others. This person needs to have good leadership skills and manage a collaborative department.

Position is located in Modesto. Health benefits available. Full-time benefit allotment of $1,500/month for medical, vision, and dental. CalPERS retirement. Connecting Waters Charter Schools are TK-12 grade independent public charter schools that services the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, San Joaquin, Stanislaus Calaveras, Mariposa, Merced, and Tuolumne.
