Greet callers, answer routine questions, forward calls and take messages.
Specific Responsibilities
Answer and manage the university's main telephone line, providing professional and courteous assistance to callers.
Greet callers, respond to general inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments, faculty, or staff members.
Welcome and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors entering the office.
Provide information regarding campus services, events, and general university resources.
Perform a variety of administrative and general office support duties, including filing, data entry, mail distribution, and maintaining office records.
Ensure efficient communication between callers, visitors, and campus departments.
Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused front office environment.
