Job Description
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Manager for Career Development, provides assistance in all aspects of the coordination of the job shadowing program and career pathway project.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Center for Career Development team members in the coordination of the job shadowing program to include follow up with inquiries, communication with departments hosts, maintenance of inquiry database and creation of job shadowing monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Assist the Center for Career Development team members in the development of communication to department leaders across the system to create a promote visual career ladder and lattice pathways to be placed on the CFCD website.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience
Minimum Education
Junior or Senior level undergraduate student currently enrolled in a bachelor's program with a major in communication, business management, or human resources.
