GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The HRIS Administrator is responsible for the management , optimization, and governance of HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and daily operations as the system of record SME. Drives process improvements to enhance employee and manager experience, ensures compliance through policy and job description management, and supports integrations and onboarding for new acquisitions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Provide day-to-day support for HRIS and LMS by processing employee data changes, additions, and deletions in Paycom, maintaining Paycom Learning, and overseeing daily system operations, including user access management and issue resolution
  • Ensure data integrity within the HRIS by performing regular audits of employee records, payroll, and benefits information to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Recommend and implement HRIS enhancements, including testing, training, troubleshooting, and building automated solutions to optimize system performance and support informed decision-making
  • Design and generate custom reports on workforce metrics (e.g., turnover, performance, demographics) to support business decisions
  • Identify opportunities to automate HR workflows and lead the testing and implementation of system upgrades and patches
  • Develop and maintain standardized, DOL-compliant job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition, and manage the job description library across shared drives and the HRIS
  • Create training materials, job aids, and provide ongoing support to employees and HR staff using the system

EDUCATION, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE:
  • Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience and/or education
    • At least 2 years of people operations/human resources roles, including hands-on experience managing HRIS platforms
    • Strong proficiency with HR database structures, reporting tools as well as Microsoft Office (specifically advanced Excel capabilities)
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work consistently while maintaining confidentiality, even under tight deadlines.
    • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Preferred:
    • Experience working with the Paycom HRIS platform
    • Experience with Human Resource policy and law; SHRM or HRCI certifications are a plus
    • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
    • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment. Travel required as business needs dictate.
