Are you interested in real estate development, urban planning, finance, or community development? CMHA is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Development Intern to join our Development Department and gain hands-on experience supporting affordable housing initiatives that make a lasting impact in our communities.
 
This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the affordable housing development process from concept through completion while working alongside experienced professionals dedicated to creating quality housing opportunities for residents throughout the region.
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
 
As a Development Intern, you will:
 
  • Assist with affordable housing development projects and initiatives
