The Global and Experiential Education (G&EE) office is the nexus for international opportunities and initiatives in the School of Business and supports global business education through a broad portfolio of global study programs, experiential education courses and international student services. G&EE connects and offers support to four primary areas: international student services, overseas study, experiential education programs (domestic and international), and advocacy and collaboration related to global and experiential initiatives. The department facilitates connections within GWSB, across campus and around the world.
Position Specific Summary
This position will support G&EE international student services initiatives by assisting with visa support and processing of international graduate student applicants, organizing programming for degree-seeking international students, and facilitating processing of international student applications for CPT work authorization. The position will utilize various systems including Qualtrics, Banner, and various databases. This position will also support other areas as needed.
Standard Position Description
The student will assist in the management of special projects. Tasks may include: data collection and maintenance, coordinating meetings, organize project files, preform research, communicate with stakeholders and the project team, report updates and outcomes with project leaders, organizing leadership development programs for students, some general supervision of other student staff. Special projects or other duties may be assigned related to specific departmental needs.
