Interior Drywall Superintendent/Foreman

Responsibilities / Duties

· Quality Control for the project, make sure ALL framing, hanging and finishing are done with the highest standard of Quality.

· Maintain Redline drawings for ALL layout that is done on the project

· Work consistent with plans, specifications, and good judgment. Creates a positive, professional and friendly environment.

· Conduct weekly Tool Box Talks with all field personnel. Maintain a clean and orderly job site.

· Maintain detailed task lists and ensure that items on the list are completed.

· Ensure a high-quality product is attained. Maintain a critical "watch dog" attitude on the performance quality of all labor and subcontractors.

· Coordinate & interact with management to complete project objectives in a timely & professional manner.

· Assist in the completion of all administrative work necessary to ensure proper documentation of the project, which includes: RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and Daily Reports & Logs.


Skills & Qualifications

· Previous experience in the Drywall construction industry.

· Must have Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel).

· Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, company employees, and clients.

· OSHA / Safety training preferred but not required

· Must have good problem-solving and organizational skills.

· Must be able to handle stress, multitask effectively, handle multiple projects and work well under deadlines.

· Must be able to relate and get along with different personalities.

· Must be able to review and process important information quickly.

· Must understand plans & specifications.

· Must speak English; Spanish is a plus but not required.
