We specialize in small to mega-sized structural steel projects, with unmatched versatility and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Welder/Fitter to join our fabrication team. This position is responsible for fitting and welding structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Perform MIG welding on structural steel
  • Fit and assemble steel components
  • Read and interpret structural blueprints and shop drawings
  • Torch cutting and material preparation
  • Operate shears, punches, and grinders
  • Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience as a commercial welder/fitter
  • Proficient in MIG welding
  • Ability to read and understand structural blueprints
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must pass a visual weld test at the time of interview
  • Strong attention to detail
