Pay Range: Day Shift: $20–$25/hr | Night Shift: $22–$27/hr (Based on Experience)

We are seeking skilled welders who take pride in producing high-quality work and contributing to a productive team environment.

Position Overview

We are looking for experienced Structural Steel Welders to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding), MIG welding, structural steel fabrication, and miscellaneous steel products such as handrails, ladders, and platforms. Candidates must be able to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards and minimizing rework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform FCAW and MIG welding on structural and miscellaneous steel components.
  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
  • Follow AWS D1.1 welding code requirements and company quality standards.
  • Fabricate and weld handrails, ladders, stairs, platforms, and structural steel assemblies.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain productivity while producing quality welds with minimal rework.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience with FCAW (Flux Core) and MIG welding.
  • Experience welding structural steel and miscellaneous steel components.
  • Ability to follow AWS D1.1 welding codes and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred

Evaluation & Advancement

New hires will complete a 90-day evaluation period. Employees demonstrating strong welding skills, excellent attendance, positive attitude, and minimal rework may be eligible for a pay increase following the evaluation period.
