Senior Detailer / Project Manager
Location: The Woodlands, Houston

Position Overview
They are seeking a Senior Detailer / Project Manager to oversee and review the final product from an outsourced team of detailers. This individual will play a key role in managing project accuracy, checking drawings, and ensuring quality control for structural steel or rebar detailing projects. While the title is Project Manager, the role is highly detail-focused and requires expertise in structural steel or rebar detailing software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct final product reviews from the outsourced detailing team to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

  • Manage multiple detailing projects that are outsourced, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met.

  • Collaborate with internal Project Coordinators and clients to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to ensure best practices in detailing.

  • Work directly with fabricators to address and resolve project challenges.

  • Report directly to Nathan and participate in team development initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in structural steel or rebar detailing.

  • Proficiency in SDS2, Tekla (for Structural Steel PM).

  • Strong background in reviewing construction drawings and ensuring their accuracy.

  • Experience in working with fabricators and an understanding of industry requirements.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with an international team.
