RN - Stroke Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled registered nurse to provide professional nursing care in a stroke medical surgical telemetry department. This part-time, per diem role involves planning and implementing patient care in alignment with established policies and procedures. The nurse will also assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.

Education: Must hold a current registered nurse license and basic life support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Experience: Experience in telemetry nursing and stroke patient care is highly valued. Candidates should be familiar with the physiological, psychosocial, developmental, and spiritual needs of patients typically served in this specialty.

Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The role requires physical stamina including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
