What are some common challenges faced by stroke program managers, and how are they addressed?
Stroke Program Managers often encounter the challenge of integrating evolving clinical guidelines while maintaining ongoing staff education and program compliance with accreditation standards. They must coordinate care across multiple departments and disciplines, ensuring everyone follows best practices and documentation protocols.
