Job description

Position Requirements:
  • Previous experience in track striping is a plus.

  • Knowledge and experience using a Topcon theodolite is a plus.

  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

  • Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology, including smart phones and applications.

  • Must travel.

  • Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record.

  • Must comply with Tarkett Substance Abuse Policy and DOT Drug Control Program, which includes pre-employment and random drug and/or alcohol testing.

  • Typical physical demands of this job include sitting, standing, walking, reaching, lifting minimum of 50 lbs., carrying, pushing, pulling, dexterity of hands and fingers, seeing, hearing, and talking.

  • High school diploma or GED is required.

  • Working outdoors with variable temperature and weather conditions.

  • Perform striping services on newly installed tracks and re-striping services on existing tracks in accordance with applicable rules and standards (e.g.,NFHS, NCAA)

  • Manage striping projects from start to finish, including ensuring proper measurements and spacing, tools and equipment are on-site to successfully perform the striping services, as well as interfacing with any client personnel on-site as necessary.

  • Perform track striping services throughout 30 U.S. States (States located East of the Rocky Mountains to the Atlantic Ocean. No New England States).

  • Attention to safety guidelines and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines are essential in this role.

  • Create and submit project reports and certification letters as required to Supervisor.

  • Consult on track construction projects, as needed.
