The Maintenance team provides our clients cost effective repairs that extend the life of parking lots and more. Our team is always professional and reliable while producing quality work.


Summary/Objective

Rabine America Maintenance is hiring! Rabine America Maintenance has over 38 years of industry-leading experience on commercial paving. We offer turn-key solutions for parking lots. We are looking for experienced Line Striping crew members to join our team.


Essential Functions

  • Assist with painting of various pavement marking surfaces
  • Lift, carry, load and unload various construction supplies
  • Operate and maintain all striping equipment
  • Assist with crack fill team and respective equipment
  • Assist with seal coat team and respective equipment
  • Must have of parking lot layout experience
  • Ability to read blueprints/plans
  • Stripe handicap stalls to meet ADA standards
  • Work in accordance with OSHA Safety Standards.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with pavement marking/line striping
  • C Class CDL license preferred with no restrictions
  • Drug testing and a background check are required
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently, with little or no supervision
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions

Work Environment

This position involves working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow. Travel to onsite work locations is required, both within the state and occasionally out of state. Reliable transportation and flexibility with travel schedules are essential. All necessary safety equipment and training will be provided to ensure a secure and productive work environment.


Physical Demands

Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions year-round. Responsibilities include frequent lifting and carrying of materials or equipment weighing up to 75 lbs, regular climbing and working from ladders, and extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with overtime as required and possible on-call work when necessary.


Travel

70% travel is required.
