The Territory Specialist is a developmental, territory-based role supporting commercial and clinical sales activities. Partnering closely with Territory Managers, this position builds foundational expertise in product knowledge, customer engagement, clinical support, and compliant sales execution, preparing the individual for progression into a quota-bearing sales role. This position does require travel within the assigned territory, including occasional nights and weekends.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Support customer coverage, product demonstrations, in-servicing, and ClearCorrect education activities
Partner with Territory Managers on territory coordination and account follow-up
Communicate the value of ClearCorrect product and services to prospects and customers
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and expense documentation
Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Must possess an unencumbered driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some sales or customer-facing experience
  • Ability to learn technical and clinical information quickly
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and desire for career growth
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Healthcare or Medical Devices domain experience will be advantageous
