The Opportunity: Weโ€™re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to grow KaVoโ€™s footprint in our Rockies territory. In this remote, field-based role, youโ€™ll be the trusted face of our productsโ€”building relationships with dealer partners, cultivating new accounts, and supporting dental professionals with innovative solutions.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build advocacy among dental equipment dealers to drive customer acquisition
  • Foster trusted relationships with end users across the territory
  • Manage and track opportunities using CRM tools
  • Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitor activity
  • Represent KaVo at trade shows and company events
  • Operate within assigned territory budget
  • Lift and transport demo equipment up to 20 lbs as needed
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

To be considered, candidates should meet one of the following:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business or a relevant field
  • High school diploma or equivalent and + 4 years in the dental industry
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Additional Requirements:

  • 1+ year of business-to-business sales experience in a commission-based role
  • Valid driverโ€™s license
  • Must live in the designated territory

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior sales experience in the dental industry
  • Formal sales training
  • Ability to articulate technical and clinical product information
  • Self-aware, action-oriented, customer-focused, adaptable under ambiguity
