As a Strategic Project Manager, you bridge vision and execution to accelerate growth and transformation within Beaulieu.

What you will do

As a Strategic Project Manager, you initiate, structure, and guide strategic initiatives that contribute to business growth and transformation. You translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps and ensure effective execution across the organization. You play a pivotal role in aligning stakeholders. You stay close to the business, combining strong conceptual thinking with pragmatic approach and a handsโ€‘on delivery.

Your key responsibilities include
  • Lead strategic initiatives and transformation projects from inception through to implementation
  • Act as a sparring partner to senior management, shaping strategic priorities and translating them into clear roadmaps
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor dynamics, and innovation to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and validate strategic business cases, including market analysis, financial modeling, risk assessment, ROI evaluation, and data visualization and presentation
  • Assess growth opportunities such as organic expansion, synergetic collaboration, strategic partnerships, M&A, to drive market entry into new geographies, customer segments, or verticals
  • Support postโ€‘merger integration and ensure realization of expected synergies where applicable
  • Ensure initiatives are embedded in the organization structure, through governance, change management, and performance tracking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as consultants and potential acquisition targets
  • Travel internationally up to 25% depending on project needs
Who we are looking for
  • Masterโ€™s degree in engineering, economics, business administration, applied economics, or equivalent through experience
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in handsโ€‘on project & strategy execution, corporate strategy, or business development
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading synergetic business cases
  • Proven track record in managing crossโ€‘functional projects within a corporate environment
  • Proficient in project management and change management
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
