Flueid is looking for someone in sales who sees the real estate transaction the way we do: as infrastructure that should work better than it does today. Someone who thrives on building relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing meaningful deals. Someone who can walk into a room with a title company, a lender, or an underwriter and hold a conversation that earns trust before it asks for anything.


If you are the kind of person who learns industries instead of memorizing scripts, who builds relationships instead of running playbooks, and who takes ownership of outcomes instead of activities, this could be your next move.

This is more than just another sales role. It is a high-impact position in a scaling company where your voice matters and the right hire changes the trajectory. The exact scope of your role will evolve based on your strengths, your interests, and where you can have the biggest impact. We know what we need. We want to see how you would fill it.


What We Know We Need

Flueid sells enterprise software to mortgage lenders, title companies, and title insurance underwriters. Our clients are complex organizations with multiple decision-makers, longer consultative sales cycles, and real consequences when technology does not deliver. This is not a transactional sale. It is a relationship-driven motion where trust is the currency and patience is the discipline.

We need someone who can do some combination of the following. You do not need to do all of it. You need to be honest about which of these you are strong at, which you are growing into, and which you would need support on.


Build pipeline and develop new business. Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities across our platforms. Understand where the pain is before you pitch the solution. Know when to lead with property intelligence (Flueid Pro), title decisioning (Flueid Decision), or workflow connectivity (Flueid Transact), and know why the distinction matters.


Grow what you close. Landing a deal is the starting line, not the finish line. You should be the kind of person who sees where an account can expand and builds the case to get there.


Operate with strategic discipline. Pipeline is a system, not a list. You manage it with rigor, you forecast honestly, and you communicate clearly about what is real and what is aspirational.


Be in the room. This is a relationship business. You will travel to be where the conversations happen, whether that is a client's office, an industry event, or an onsite with leadership. If you are not energized by getting on a plane to close a deal or deepen a relationship, this is not the right fit.


Learn an industry (or go deeper in the one you know). Title insurance, mortgage lending, and real estate technology are specialized. Proven success in consultative or enterprise sales is the baseline. Experience in the title, real estate, or proptech space is a bonus, not a requirement. If you do not come from this industry, you need to be the kind of person who gets obsessive about understanding how things actually work. We will teach you the industry. You need to bring the instinct.

4. How you would approach learning an industry you do not know yet.


5. Show us how you think. Pick one of our platforms from our website and draft the opening of a conversation you would have with a prospect about it. We are not testing whether you know our platform. We are testing whether you know how to start a relationship.
