Job Summary

The Strategy & Transformation team's mission is to ensure that Choice achieves its ambitious long-term growth objectives by defining the best path forward for the company, securing alignment across the organization for our strategic decisions, and ensuring that the company executes on its transformation by managing the delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives.
As a key member of our Strategy & Transformation team, you will work directly with business partners in multiple disciplines to help the company make decisions on where to focus our efforts, align teams behind our strategy, drive execution of transformational initiatives needed to meet our goals, and report on our progress. Responsibilities
Strategy Execution & Reporting
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of enterprise-wide strategic transformation initiatives and programs by developing an actionable plan, establishing enterprise alignment and commitment toward the plan, and executing and communicating progress against the plan to senior leadership.
  • Help initiatives succeed by analyzing processes, developing data-driven insights, and identifying risks and dependencies.
  • Guide leadership to solve roadblocks by creating materials to drive decision-making and alignment.
  • Establish and track success metrics, indicators, and milestone targets to measure progress and outcomes.

Strategy Communication, Alignment, & Planning
  • Facilitate repeatable/systemic approaches to change through the implementation of change management processes and best practices.
  • Work with subject matter experts, finance, human resources, and IT teams to ensure that everything we do drives towards our common goals.
  • Help prioritize transformation initiatives and define objective, meaningful measures of success tied to long-term strategic goals.
  • Synthesize data and insights to articulate the story behind performance and influence organizational focus.

Qualifications
Employment Experience
  • 4+ years of functional experience in consulting, strategic planning, business analytics, or corporate strategy, with project management familiarity.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects or workstreams required.
  • Experience in change management, process design, and/or data analytics preferred.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to conduct financial and business analysis.
  • Experience with LLMs (especially Copilot and ChatGPT) preferred.

Your Team
This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Director, Strategy & Transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments on a regular basis.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $112,000 to $132,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP).
The pay range listed is for this position and is what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, qualifications, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
