To excel in a Strategic Initiatives role, you need strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and a background in business or a related field, often supported by a bachelor's or master's degree. Familiarity with data analysis tools, project management software (like Asana or Trello), and strategy frameworks such as SWOT or OKR is common.
