Support development and refinement of longterm service agreements, repair programs, spare parts strategies, and digital/service enablement roadmaps.
Partner with engineering, MRO, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of product lifecycle decisions with aftermarket goals.
Oversee license agreements and related activities.

Monitor aftermarket performance metrics (sales, margin, attach rate, repair cost, reliability trends) and recommend actions to improve financial and operational outcomes.
Lead cross-functional projects that improve customer experience, cost competitiveness, and service delivery performance.
Communicate strategy, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership through clear presentations and data-driven storytelling.
Support annual and long-range planning activities tied to aftermarket revenue, cost, and strategic priorities.

What YOU must bring to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
