  • Accountable for achieving revenue growth, margin, and cost targets within approved plans and budgets, in partnership with Finance

  • Establish and monitor KPIs tied to financial, operational, customer, and strategic outcomes
  • Evaluate new capabilities, technologies, and process improvements; develop business cases and recommendations for executive approval
  • Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve unit economics, quality, safety, and customer outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure strategies and roadmaps align with field delivery models, safety standards, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with Technology, Data, Sales, and Account Management to ensure effective enablement, adoption, and market positioning
  • Support decisions related to launching, scaling, adapting, or retiring services by providing data, analysis, and operational readiness assessments
  • Ensure regulatory, safety, and compliance considerations are embedded into all service and product decisions
  • Build alignment and drive outcomes through credibility, insight, structured communication, and collaboration
  • Engage with key customers and industry stakeholders as appropriate to inform strategy and validate assumptions, with executive visibility as required

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, service-line ownership or adjacent roles within utility locating, damage prevention, or field-based regulated services
  • Previous experience in either the telecommunications or construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated accountability for financial performance, budget management, or business-case ownership
  • Deep domain expertise in utility locating or closely adjacent services, including field workflows, compliance, safety requirements, customer contracts, and service economics
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence outcomes across Operations, Finance, Technology, Sales and Human Resources teams
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic judgment, financial acumen, and roadmap execution experience
