Job description

We’re Looking for Experienced Healthcare Staffing Business Developers

We’re expanding Talented Medical Solutions and are looking to connect with experienced Business Development professionals in healthcare staffing who are ready to build and scale their own book of business.

This is not a traditional job post.

This is for individuals who already understand the industry and are confident in their ability to open doors, build relationships, and generate new client partnerships in healthcare staffing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in healthcare staffing business development

  • Ability to bring in new hospital, clinic, or healthcare system clients

  • Familiarity with VMS/MSP environments (preferred)

  • Strong ability to work independently in a performance-based model

Compensation Structure:

  • Commission-based structure tied to net gross margin per placement (after VMS fees and operational costs)

  • 20% commission on new business (first 6-12 months from first placement)

  • 10% ongoing residual income on accounts you build

  • Uncapped earning potential
