General Overview
Web Strategy and Development Manager The Impact You Will Make:

Imagen Dental is growing fast, and we're hiring a Manager of Web Strategy & Development to help lead the charge! In this independent contributor role, you'll lead the strategy, development, optimization, and scalability of websites across our growing network of dental practices. You'll be both a strategic partner and hands-on technical expertโ€”directly driving patient acquisition, website performance, practice onboarding, and scaling digital growth initiatives across a rapidly expanding organization.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
  • Lead the strategy, architecture, development, and optimization of company and practice websitesโ€”shaping the digital front door for thousands of patient interactions monthly
  • Build scalable website templates, reusable components, and deployment workflows to support rapid growth
  • Improve website performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and conversion optimizationโ€”directly impacting patient acquisition and practice revenue growth
  • Manage integrations across CRM systems, analytics platforms, marketing tools, call tracking, forms, and CMS environments
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Operations, vendors, hosting providers, and agencies
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, monitor uptime, and ensure website reliability across the portfolio
  • Champion automation opportunities, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable web processesโ€”positioning yourself at the forefront of healthcare technology innovation
  • Support landing pages, lead generation initiatives, A/B testing, and digital campaign optimization

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in full stack web development, website management, or marketing technology (or equivalent combination of front-end/back-end expertise with proven results at scale)
  • Ability to be onsite in our Scottsdale office two days a week
  • Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, Next.js, or similar frameworks
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as PHP, Node.js, Python, or related languages
  • Expertise managing WordPress and/or headless CMS environments
  • Strong understanding of hosting, DNS, deployments, staging environments, version control, and web infrastructure
  • Experience with SEO, website analytics, conversion optimization, and technical performance improvements
  • Experience managing API integrations, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around shared goals
  • Heath care experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dental or multi-location organization experience
  • Experience implementing automation or AI-enabled workflows
  • Experience working with external vendors, agencies, or technology partners
