About the Role
GTM is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Business Development professional to build and expand strategic partnerships with CPAs, accounting firms, and family offices to drive referrals and increase conversion rates for our household division. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in consultative environments and can position GTM's household services as a trusted extension of financial advisory offerings.
You'll play a key role in driving high-value referrals, strengthening partner relationships, and elevating GTM's presence within the accounting and advisory community.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a targeted strategy to grow referral partnerships with CPA firms and family offices to increase referrasl to our household division
  • Build and manage a pipeline of active and prospective partners
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings to establish new relationships
  • Maintain ongoing partner engagement through regular check-ins and strategic touchpoints
  • Deliver CPE presentations (virtual and in-person) to educate partners on GTM services
  • Position GTM as a value-added solution that enhances client offerings
  • Provide partners with insights, tools, and resources to better serve their clients
  • Track referral activity, conversion rates, and overall channel performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless referral and client experience
  • Represent GTM at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns and content tailored to the accounting audience
  • Maintain accurate partner activity records in CRM systems

Qualifications
