Job Description:Overview:Pape-Dawson is seeking an eager and experienced Client Development Manager (Business Development Manager) who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results for new business for the professional services company. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, develops new and strengthens existing commercial mixed-used, multi-family, office and retail private-sector client relationships. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.Focus on civil engineering, surveying and landscape architecture services to the private sector within Georgia.Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and oversee a sector(s) strategy that prioritizes new client acquisition and expand services to existing clientsMaintain positive professional relationships with clientsUse tracking tools to maintain pipeline information to support revenue targets.Mentor technical professionals and help improve their BD skillsPlan, attend, and facilitate specialized business eventsIdentify brand exposure opportunities and coordinate with the corporate marketing teamConduct high-level industry research to find potential clients and pursuitsIntroduce and promote Pape-Dawson’s current service offerings to prospective clientsCollaborate with the proposal team in preparing proposals, statements of qualifications, and deliverables from initial planning through presentation developmentAttend industry events and conferences for lead development and follow-upActively participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholdersInteract with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or servicesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related AEC field preferredMinimum 8 years of business development experience within the AEC industrySharp negotiation and networking skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesHighly organized, self-motivated, and results-orientedAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyInquisitive mindset a plusEEO Statement:All qualified applicants for Pape-Dawson Engineers will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #J-18808-Ljbffr
