Business Development Representative
The primary focus of the Business Development Representative is to secure high-quality appointments with C-level executives for our C-level representatives through targeted outreach, including email and onsite visits.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize target accounts and key decision-makers within those accounts.
  • Assist in developing and implementing outbound strategies to initiate first-stage conversations with targeted C-level executives.
  • Manage and execute email campaigns, including developing email lists, crafting compelling messages, and tracking response rates.
  • Schedule and confirm sales meetings between the prospect's C-level and FUSE3's C-level executives.
  • Manage and maintain CRM data to accurately track leads, appointments, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual appointment-setting targets.
  • Nurture lost opportunities and targeted prospect lists

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to the prospect's needs
  • Business awareness: specific knowledge of the prospect and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals
  • Regularly document processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
  • Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur
  • Maintain certifications required for the position

Qualification:
  • Interpersonal skills, such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care
  • Comfortably discuss technical issues and offer suggested solutions
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
  • Ability to de-escalate the situation
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Managed Service Provider experience is highly desired
