NOW HIRING: Strategic Solutions Manager

Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 per year

Job Overview

The Strategic Solutions Manager plays a critical role in driving long-term revenue growth by identifying high-value opportunities, developing strong client relationships, managing the full sales lifecycle, and aligning sales efforts to meet the company's strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Sales Operations - Support the management of the sales process, goals, targets may include compiling lists of prospective customers to provide sales leads to follow-up, in order to achieve strategic goals.

  • Client Relationship Development - Evaluate and present new business opportunities by assessing potential revenue, long-term value, and alignment with organizational capabilities.

  • Reporting and Forecasting - Maintain sales database and prospect lists. Prepare reports of business, including sales, bid tracking (lost and pending) and pipelining new reports.

  • Cross Functional Collaboration - Partner with vertical administration leadership to ensure information in HubSpot is current and comprehensive. Work with and develop productive business relationships with corporate partners, including but not limited to FM Corporations, Public Institutions and related Industry Leaders

  • Strategic Planning - Generate bids while working in conjunction with the Operations Regional Management. Respond efficiently to RFP's while working in conjunction with the Operational leadership teams.

  • Growth - Meet or exceed sales quota within the required time period as identified by leadership.

Some travel (up to 30%) may be required.

Qualification

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 5-8 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint and Excel

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.

Ateam playerwith a high level of dedication

Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress work environment.

Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
