POSITION SUMMARY: Operations Strategy Analyst will be a critical contributor to Evolution Well Services' ongoing efforts to achieve Consistent, Best-in-Class Organizational & Operational Excellence. The role will work closely with colleagues in Frac Operations, Power Generation, Supply Chain, Digital Technology, Business Development, Accounting, HSEQ, and other teams to execute key initiatives and projects that drive increased efficiencies, increased safety, and lower operating costs for EVO's business. The Operations Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams and leverage a strong mix of operational, engineering, and financial acumen to evaluate solutions, develop recommendations, and help push key initiatives through to completion. This is a highly visible role that requires intellectual curiosity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data and field realities into actionable insights and practical project plans.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "May")
Support Strategic Projects and Key Initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, asset utilization, and cost effectiveness and partner with applicable teams to implement solutions.
- Develop data-driven recommendations and present clear, concise findings to leadership.
- Work on projects primarily assigned by Frac Operations, Power Generation, and Business Development leadership, from initial assessment through implementation and follow-up.
- Assist in building business cases for new initiatives, including operational, engineering, and financial analysis.
- Track and report on project status, milestones, and value realization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support change management efforts by helping teams understand the rationale, expected benefits, and operational impact of new initiatives.
Operational & Engineering Support
- Leverage understanding of frac operations, equipment, and/or power systems to support evaluations of operational solutions, technologies, and process changes.
Financial & Economic Analysis
- Perform cost-benefit, ROI, and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making on major initiatives (e.g., fleet deployment strategies, maintenance strategies, technology investments, process changes).
- Partner with Finance and Business Development to quantify financial impacts of operational changes.
Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and deliver presentations, summary reports, and briefing materials for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, structured, and actionable manner.
General Responsibilities

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
- Possesses a valid U.S. Driver's License. Employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.
- Daily overtime required and in person, predictable attendance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3-7 years of experience in operations, engineering, consulting, or analytical roles, preferably in oilfield services, energy, industrial, or related sectors. An equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and relevant professional experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
- Experience in frac operations, power generation, or other oilfield services strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional projects that involve operations, engineering, and financial analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES
Operational & Technical Acumen
- Solid understanding of frac field operations, equipment, and/or power systems in an industrial or energy environment.
- Ability to quickly learn Evolution Well Services specific operations, assets, and workflows.
Analytical & Financial Skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities; comfortable working with operational and financial data.
- Experience with financial modeling, cost analysis, and ROI / business case development.
- Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Project & Execution Skills
- Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong organization and time management skills; able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept through analysis, recommendation, and implementation support.

This position will work primarily indoors in the office, but may be frequently required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach, squat and kneel around heavy assets. Individual will also be required to go to frac worksites which may include exposure to hazardous materials and operating conditions. Given these conditions, employees are required to wear company provided personal protective equipment and must strictly adhere to safety policy.
Work hours
may include or includes early morning, late afternoon/evening hours, and weekends in combination depending on job demands and company operations.
