Broad Function
The Vice President of Operational Excellence is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide performance improvement, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position partners with executive stakeholders to optimize processes, enhance customer value, and build a culture of excellence using data-driven methodologies and best practices. VP, Operational Excellence leads transformation efforts across business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, scalability, and long-term sustainability of improvements.
Essential Functions
• Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
• Develop and execute the enterprise Operational Excellence strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, including process reengineering and digital optimization
• Establish standardized processes, governance frameworks, and performance measurement systems
• Drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cycle time, and cost savings
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste, risks, and process gaps
• Implement data-driven performance management, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
• Build and lead a high-performing Operational Excellence team and capability-building programs
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve end-to-end processes and customer outcomes
• Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and sustainability of improvements
