Job Summary

We are seeking an analytical and collaborative Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our team. In this mid-level role, you will act as a key partner to our business and Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders, using data-driven insights to optimize operational workflows, support GTM initiatives, and track business performance. As an IC3, you will take ownership of key analytical processes and help execute cross-functional initiatives that align sales, marketing, finance and product strategies with our core organizational goals. This is a highly visible and impactful role that requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Ideal candidates will reside in Raleigh, NC, New York City, NY, Boulder, CO, San Jose, CA. 

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support the next phase of cloud business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and cloud leadership to build operational frameworks and business cases that drive strategic GTM initiatives and market penetration.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current GTM and operational workflows, proposing and implementing process improvements to increase scalability across all business lines.
  • Work with senior leaders to develop a 3-year plan for the cloud business, providing input on operating models, scale GTM motions, and new customer acquisition. 
  • Conduct ad-hoc research on market trends, competitor positioning, and customer segments to help inform strategic planning and targeting.
Requirements & Education
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, sales operations, management consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with SFDC (Salesforce) is desired.
  • High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Looker).
  • Familiarity with Go-To-Market frameworks, sales funnels, and marketing operations.
  • Experience working within a consumption-based business model is a significant plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent executive communication skills (both verbal and written); highly capable of synthesizing complex data into clear, compelling takeaways and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work through ambiguity.

The target salary range for this position is 100,300 - 149,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
