Salary range (but not limited to):

109,900 - 134,300

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.


About the role

We are looking for a high-impact, growth-focused brand leader who blends strategic creativity with a strong commercial and analytical mindset. This role is equal parts brand builder and performance driver, shaping bold ideas while ensuring every investment delivers measurable results. The ideal candidate is passionate about accelerating the belairdirect brand and brings deep expertise in brand strategy, mass marketing, full-funnel planning, and campaign performance. Comfortable with numbers and accountability, this leader manages budgets, analyzes performance data, and turns insights into clear actions that improve business outcomes. Success in this role requires confidence in fast-paced environments and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution. A strong point of view, sharp problem-solving skills, and a bias for action are essential, along with the ability to balance long-term brand building with near-term growth targets. In close partnership with internal teams, agency and media partners, and the in-house creative studio, the role leads belairdirect brand strategy and integrated campaigns, ensuring consistency, creative excellence, and operational rigor across every touchpoint. The role reports to the Director, belairdirect Brand and Creative.


What you'll do here:

  • Lead thebelairdirectbrand strategy, messaging architecture, and annual brand plan to drive long-term brand growth and differentiation.
  • Develop and execute integrated full-funnel marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration, conversion, while connecting brand investments to measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead national mass marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, ensuring work is insight-driven, creatively ambitious, and performance-oriented.
  • Own brand performance reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, campaign analysis, and executive-level reporting that clearly connects marketing activity to business impact.
  • Manage the brand budget end-to-end, including forecasting, pacing, investment allocation, agency scopes, and optimization to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Build strong partnerships with external agencies and strategic partners, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, andhigh standardsfor strategic and creative excellence.
  • Partner closely with the internal creative studio to ensure brand consistency, high-quality execution, and alignment with thebelairdirectbrand platform across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Bring a test-and-learn mindset byleveragingconsumer insights, market trends, campaign performance, and competitive intelligence to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, creative, media, analytics, digital, and business teams to deliver cohesive and impactful initiatives.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment by coaching others, encouraging innovation, and promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Operatewitha strong senseof ownership and accountability, balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence and executional rigor.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading teams and coaching marketing professionals.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy, mass marketing, and leading integrated campaigns within a national or complex organization.
  • Experience managing agency partners, large-scale marketing budgets, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital media ecosystems, brand tracking, campaign analytics, and marketing effectiveness.
  • A strategic, business-minded brand builder, passionate about growth and delivering tangible business impact.
  • Ability to combine creativity with analytical thinking; comfortable using data, insights, and financial considerations to guide decisions and optimize performance.
  • Strong experience managing integrated marketing campaigns (traditional and digital) and understanding how creative effectiveness drives business results.
  • A strong creative point of view; able to evaluate concepts, provide clear feedback, and elevate the quality and effectiveness of creative work.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; excellent project management and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, agency relationships, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative leadership style; ability to influence stakeholders, align teams around a shared vision, and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
  • Comfortable presenting strategic recommendations and performance results to senior leadership.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
