In this role, you'll drive operational excellence across R&D by improving planning practices, enabling better decision-making, and leading initiatives that simplify how teams work together. You'll become a key operational partner to leaders across the organization while helping teams stay focused, connected, and effective.

As our Operations Manager, R&D, you will:

  • Own and evolve core R&D operational processes, including planning cycles, prioritization practices, leadership rituals, and follow-ups.
  • Build frameworks that improve visibility into objectives, priorities, risks, and execution across the organization.
  • Lead operational improvement projects that create measurable impact across teams, such as onboarding, communication, or staffing prioritization initiatives.
