Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a highly motivated team.

Qualifications:

Chick-fil-A experience required, highly preferred at a senior leadership level. *If no Chick-fil-A experience, please apply to the Team Lead position to be considered for the Leader in Training Program.

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Director will need to have a ServeSafe Manager's certification upon hire or obtain it within the first year

Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership or management roles

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
