Description

We is seeking a Director/Director of Technology & Video Services to serve as the primary technology leader for the conference office.

The company only has 51 employees, and this will be a team of 1,so it is critical to find someone coming from a similar environment that can do lower level work as well as higher level strategic work. Looking for someone who wants to grow within the company.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily IT operations in a Microsoft 365 environment

Managing technology vendors, procurement, inventory, and employee onboarding

Supporting executive meetings, conference events, and championship operations

Maintaining conference technology systems and equipment

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and technology adoption

Supporting AI-related initiatives and future technology strategy

This role requires a highly professional, customer-focused IT leader who can provide white-glove executive support while also serving as a strategic advisor to the business. Sports technology and DVSport experience are preferred but not required. Strong enterprise IT experience, communication skills, and a proactive mindset are the keys to success.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $67.00/hr.
