Job description

Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting the oversight of the systems, processes, and analytics that enable revenue growth and operational efficiency within the Consumer Direct lending channel. This role will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize the revenue cycle, improve pipeline visibility, and support business performance. The Analyst will support forecasting, reporting and adoption of AI/ML tools and processes that support loan officers and sales leaders in meeting revenue targets.

 Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights that drive revenue growth, improve contact strategies, optimize lead distribution, and enhance unit economics.
  • Develop and maintain predictive models, AI/ML driven analytics, and reporting solutions to support business decision making, forecasting, pricing strategies, and lead performance measurement.
  • Conduct ongoing pricing and competitive market analyses, recommending adjustments to improve conversion rates, profitability, and market positioning.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions that improve production and efficiency.
  • Establish, standardize, and document revenue operations processes, workflows, and governance practices to support scalable growth and operational excellence.
  • Support lead management, marketing attribution, sales enablement, and customer acquisition initiatives through advanced analytics and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance to validate revenue forecasts, commission plans, business cases, and key performance metrics.
  • Leverage mortgage industry knowledge to analyze revenue funnels, lead economics, customer acquisition costs, and sales performance trends.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in revenue operations, analytics, AI/ML, and the mortgage industry.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytic, Data Analytic or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) + years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably within mortgage lending, financial services, or banking.
  • Knowledge of mortgage lending products, pipeline management, and loan officer performance metrics a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Base salary is one piece of our total rewards package and is structured within a range so you can progress as you grow in the role.  For this position, the anticipated annual base salary range is $66,000 to $91,000 nationally. In certain high-cost geographic markets (CA), the anticipated annual base salary range is $76,000 to $104,500.  Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, qualifications, and the work location tied to our geographic pay structure.
