What you'll get to do:

  • Acquires, manages, retains meaningful relationships with our customers, using financial knowledge to offer appropriate financial solutions including all business and consumer products.
  • Identifies new member prospects and assists in the development of portfolio analysis, proposals, social media and direct mail campaigns to enhance banks brand and awareness in the Nevada market.
  • Serves as point of contact for strategic partners and high net earning individual and business client portfolio.
  • Responsible for leading, directing and coordinating key extended team members in the analysis and execution in the effective delivery of their products and services to clients and prospects.
  • Proactively manage portfolio of clients. Expand business banking customer relationships by identifying new needs and maximizing opportunities within relationships.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by working closely with servicing partners within the Bank.
  • Effectively leverage, coordinate and organize targeted marketing campaigns, events and new product launches to drive sales activities and fulfill customer needs across all Farm Bureau partners.
  • Identify gaps, trends associated with service levels and works with department to establish corrective action plans to improve process to ensure service levels. 
  • Analyzes the client's financial and operating strategies and recommends alternative or additional financial services to best meet the client's immediate and long-term personal and business needs.
  • Source and provide credit solutions for prospects and clients. 
  • Empowered to implement continuous improvements to processes, systems and services.
  • Adhere to internal control policies such as the account opening and credit protocols of accurate collection, completion, monitoring and updating of all required documentation.
  • Stays abreast of all regulatory, legal, government regulations, policy and procedures.
  • Responsible for performing out bound customer courtesy calls to notify, educate, and troubleshoot customer inquiries (i.e. cross-selling products/services, new account access, first payment defaults, CD renewals, and final large payments).
  • Responsible for assisting Relationship Banking Department with daily tasks as needed.
  • Proactively aware of Farm Bureau Banks key performance indicators and assists with meeting credit and loan growth sales goals.
  • Ensures procedures are followed in accordance with Bank processes and Federal regulations.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered; takes responsibility to keep current with new product updates and requests assistance for further development, if needed.
  • Owns personal development to achieve job proficiency and meets performance goals set within the Consumer Banking Team.

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance or banking related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience in a banking environment.
  • 3+ years' of strategic sales relationship management experience.
  • Experience in a leadership role with a concentration in customer service and sales
