Position Summary
Robbins Property Associates is looking for a strong Property Manager to oversee all aspects of apartment community operations including financial performance, team leadership, leasing strategy, resident satisfaction, and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall property operations and financial performance
  • Lead and develop onsite teams
  • Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention
  • Oversee budgeting, collections, and reporting
  • Ensure strong curb appeal and maintenance operations
  • Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
