Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth shift operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to build a motivated and knowledgeable team
  • Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities
  • Oversee point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity
  • Implement merchandising plans and marketing initiatives to promote products and increase store traffic
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions, ongoing training & development programs, and performance evaluations
