About AppDirect

Become a digital, global citizen and enable the new generation of digital entrepreneurs around the world. AppDirect offers a subscription commerce platform to sell any product, through any channel, on any device - as a service. We power millions of subscriptions worldwide for organizations. We do this by our values-driven culture-one that enables you to Be Seen, Be Yourself, and Do Your Best Work.

About You

You are a highly collaborative Associate Marketing Program Manager professional who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy and marketing execution. You know how to translate a business-determined sales play into a structured, multi-channel growth plan and you can see that plan through from design to performance reporting. You have experience navigating B2B partner ecosystems, particularly within the SaaS industry. You are comfortable working within hyperscaler partner-funding frameworks (Microsoft, AWS, and/or Google Cloud) and have a working knowledge of MDF and co-op mechanics. You approach your work with an answer-first mindset. You are also curious about how AI-powered tools can improve the way marketing work gets done, and you actively look for ways to use them in your day-to-day workflows.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing growth plans aligned to specific sales plays across a portfolio of SaaS and cloud providers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your provider portfolio, running regular cadence calls to keep campaigns on schedule and stakeholders informed.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for joint marketing initiatives spanning web, email, events, newsletters, and partner training.
  • Own co-op and MDF tracking workflows, from initial provider commitments through claim submissions, compliance reviews, and final fund reconciliation.
  • Navigate provider-specific rules and portal mechanics to successfully complete claim submissions, compliance reviews and financial reconciliations.
  • Enforce content and co-branding standards across all joint marketing assets produced with or for partners.
  • Assist in managing event logistics, including partner sponsorships, pre-event preparation, onsite execution and speaker routing.
  • Use HubSpot and DOMO to aggregate campaign metrics and deliver clear ROI narratives to internal and partner stakeholders.
  • Monitor funnel KPIs and apply findings to optimize campaigns for conversion and growth impact.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in partner, provider, or sponsor marketing, with end-to-end ownership from campaign planning through execution.
  • Professional experience in a B2B environment within cloud, MSP, IT, marketplace, or telecom channels.
  • Direct, hands-on experience working within Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar hyperscaler partner-funded program structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage MDF and co-op programs, including portal navigation, claim submission, and compliance adherence.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and data platforms (e.g., HubSpot, DOMO) and work-management tools (e.g., monday.com).
  • Experience using AI-powered marketing tools - such as generative AI, predictive analytics, or AI-assisted automation - to improve campaign execution or operational efficiency.
  • Strong project management skills: you can juggle multiple concurrent programs with varying deliverables and hard deadlines - because in this role, missing a co-op claim window has direct financial consequences.
