Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire Principal de Programme, Transformation des Contrôles Internes pour diriger une initiative d'entreprise de haut niveau visant à améliorer et moderniser le cadre des contrôles internes de l'organisation. Ce programme stratégique s'étend sur plusieurs fonctions commerciales et régions, nécessitant un leader expérimenté capable de piloter l'exécution, d'assurer une gouvernance solide et de fournir une valeur commerciale mesurable.

Responsabilités

  • Diriger l'ensemble du programme, coordonner plusieurs flux de travail, gérer les parties prenantes clés, et garantir que l'initiative reste sur la bonne voie, dans le budget et alignée sur les objectifs commerciaux.
  • Fournir une communication claire, concise et de niveau exécutif aux Vice-Présidents et aux cadres supérieurs, en traduisant les mises à jour complexes du programme, les risques et les décisions en informations exploitables.

  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de programmes d'entreprise.

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Internal Controls Transformation to lead a high-profile, enterprise-wide initiative focused on enhancing and modernizing the organization's internal controls framework. This strategic program spans multiple business functions and regions, requiring an experienced leader who can drive execution, ensure strong governance, and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall program, coordinate multiple workstreams, manage key stakeholders, and ensure the initiative remains on track, on budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide clear, concise, and executive-level communication to Vice Presidents and leadership, translating complex program updates, risks, and decisions into actionable insights.

Essential Skills

  • Extensive Enterprise Program Management Experience (10+ years).
  • Executive Relationship Management & Presentation Skills.
  • Finance transformation experience such as internal controls implementation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preference for CPA, PMP, PgMP, MBA, SAFe or related certifications.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience leading internal controls, compliance, finance transformation, or governance initiatives.
  • Knowledge of 52-109, SOX, audit controls, or financial reporting controls environments.
  • CPA designation or equivalent finance-related experience.
  • PMP, PgMP, or other project/program management certifications.
  • Experience working within highly regulated or publicly traded organizations.

Work Environment
