Summary
Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing strategic projects within the product development department from initial ideation through completion. This includes coordination and communication with key personnel, monitoring progress, assigning responsibilities, preparing reports, and controlling scope to deliver projects on time and within budget.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate project plans, schedules, objectives, scope, roles, responsibilities.
  • Serve as a liaison between cross-functional project teams and management.
  • Support product lifecycle planning including documentation, storage, and dissemination of project strategies. Includes visioning and product roadmaps, product phase out, sunsetting, product performance testing, and clinical trial projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risk that may impact successful project completion
  • Manage and adjust changes in project scope, schedule, budget
  • Manage relationships and communication between internal and external clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Understand industry trends and their impact on project plans
  • Manage product development department vendor relations
  • Support enterprise-wide strategy for new initiatives and processes
  • Originate and moderate workshops to identify risks, goals, needs, solutions and insights to support product development driven initiatives with cross-functional team members
  • Manage office coordination duties such as stocking, equipment, logistical coordination, and organization
  • Support department budget tracking and expense reporting
  • Support and collaborate with other EHOB Project Managers
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
•    Bachelor’s degree in management, business, engineering, or equivalent work experience
•    1-3 years of proven experience in project management
•    Experience with project management software and tools
•    Engineering or Supply Chain experience is preferred
•    Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
•    Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Sprint methodologies is preferred

  • Language skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public group, and/or boards of directors.
  • Mathematical skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
  • Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of information.
  • Computer skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
