Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedRegional Business Development Manager - Strategic Partnershipsto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities within the designated region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and business development in the building, commercial and industrial; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing market space.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats within the region.
