Job description

Building Operations & Experience (BOE) Local is a hard services-led, tailored facility management solution. We self-perform hard services while partnering with best-in-class soft service providers to offer custom facility and project management solutions to our clients. We focus on empowering our team with a high-level of downstream accountability, resulting in an agile and efficient service delivery.
In addition to our core facility and project management capabilities, our platform offers direct access to our Best-in-Classservices, including ESG, Security Consulting, Workplace Strategy, and Workplace Experience.
As CBRE Strategic Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our sales team to achieve their full potential. Reporting directly to the Strategic Development Lead, you will be instrumental in ensuring our sales team is equipped with the essential resources, knowledge, and tools necessary to successfully win new business and drive growth. There will be a strong focus on leveraging AI to improve efficiency and the quality of our client-facing materials.
This role works at the intersection of content management, sales enablement, and AI integration to drive sales effectiveness and strategic growth, with a supporting, clearly scoped set of responsibilities for the Projects organization focused on reusable sales and enablement assets.
  • Sales enablement
  • AI integration
  • Content creation and strategy
  • Event management
  • Projects growth & enablement (scoped)

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop, create, and maintain new and relevant content materials for the AMS Sales Hub, ensuring seamless integration with our AI 'query a repository.'
  • Collaborate closely with Bid Managers to regularly integrate new content, best practices, and insights into the Sales Hub.
  • Partner with the Strategic Development Lead and Creative Design Manager to ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and consistently meets CBRE brand standards.
  • Continuously ensure all client information within the Sales Hub is accurate and promptly updated.

AI Implementation & Governance:
  • Work in close collaboration with the Strategic Development Lead to continuously implement, refine, and govern the use of AI tools and strategies throughout the entire sales process.
Communication & Best Practice Sharing:
  • Provide support for monthly sales knowledge calls
  • Keep sales team up to date with what is happening with what is relevant to them

Marketing & Thought Leadership:
  • Develop and create external thought leadership pieces and marketing materials specifically for AMS, positioning the team as industry experts.
  • Support sector-focused go-to-market strategy development in partnership with Bid Managers

Event Support:
  • Support sales teams with both internal and external events to maximize their impact and engagement.

Administrative Support:
  • Provide general sales administration support to the Strategic Development Lead, including assistance with any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Given the primary focus of this role is the sales enablement scope above, Projects-related responsibilities are intentionally scoped to the following recurring, revenue-enabling deliverables.

Projects Growth & Enablement:
  • Develop and own scalable tools and assets - including induction decks, the case study library, and ad hoc marketing materials - that standardize approach across regions.
  • Position the Six Pillars framework as a differentiator in client conversations, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions. Support internal teams with training development.
  • RFP Enablement (Resources & Training, Not Direct Response Involvement):
  • Build RFP resource materials and training content for the Projects team, informed by sales training and best practices learned through the sales enablement role, rather than direct hands-on involvement in individual RFP responses.

What you'll need:
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Event management and marketing experience

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
