About the Role

Teeptrak is expanding in the U.S. and hiring a driven Business Development Representative to build pipeline in the manufacturing sector.

This is a high-activity outbound role, heavy cold calling, daily outreach, and trade show presence. Youโ€™ll book meetings with plant managers, operations leaders, and engineering teams, helping manufacturers improve visibility and performance on the factory floor.

Weโ€™re looking for someone competitive and resilient, with a background or strong interest in industrial automation, engineering, or manufacturing operations, someone who wants to grow into an Account Executive and eventually own their book of business.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) daily
  • Generate and qualify new opportunities within manufacturing accounts
  • Book and run discovery calls with operations and plant leadership
  • Represent Teeptrak at trade shows and industry events
  • Learn our solutions deeply enough to speak confidently in industrial environments
  • Work closely with Account Executives to move deals forward
  • Maintain clean CRM data and consistent pipeline reporting

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required (Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred)
  • 1โ€“3+ years of B2B sales, business development, engineering, or manufacturing experience
  • Comfortable making 70โ€“80+ outbound calls per day
  • Confident speaking with plant managers and technical stakeholders
  • Competitive, resilient, and motivated by targets
  • Organized and disciplined in managing pipeline
  • Interested in growing into an Account Executive role

Bonus If You Have

  • Background in manufacturing engineering, production, or industrial tech
  • Experience in industrial SaaS, OEE, MES, or factory systems
  • Trade show or event marketing experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo
