DESCRIPTION:
Join our innovative team where you'll drive product strategy and growth as a Senior Product Manager. In this impactful role, you'll shape the future of our product portfolio while enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll lead product lifecycle management, develop market-driven strategies, and work across functions to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Your work will directly contribute to advancing scientific discovery and improving patient outcomes.
Lead end-to-end product management including strategy development, roadmap planning, new product introductions, and lifecycle optimization. Partner with R&D, commercial teams, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and launch successful products. Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic pricing, positioning, and portfolio management. Represent customer needs to ensure products exceed expectations and maintain competitive advantage in the market.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in life sciences or related industry
• Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Professional certifications in Product Management beneficial
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and new product development processes
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth
• Experience conducting market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer research
• Proven record of successful product launches and commercialization
• Excellence in financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L management
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and influence skills in matrix environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences
• Proficiency with business software and tools (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)
• Experience with regulated products/environments preferred
• Ability to travel up to 25-30% (2-3 times a month)
