SMB Account Manager

This role is responsible for engaging in customer interactions, handling customer inquiries, and effectively selling products, services, and solutions while nurturing client relationships. The role demonstrates advanced skills in solution-based selling, complex negotiations, and strategic collaboration to optimize sales outcomes, refine strategies, and elevate team performance.

Handles customer request calls adeptly, leveraging expertise to effectively sell products, services, and solutions to the installed customer base.

Addresses complex customer inquiries by offering multi-product/service solutions, often involving integrated solutions that meet intricate needs.

Manages key accounts, nurturing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning offerings with client objectives.

Maintains an in-depth understanding of the organization's products, services, and industry trends, ensuring accurate and insightful communication with customers.

Navigates complex negotiations and high-value sales opportunities to secure beneficial outcomes for both customers and the organization.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales process, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient workflows.

Provides valuable inputs to Sales Representatives on emerging market trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities to refine sales strategies.
