Job Description:
Digital Resource is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our talented and growing Account Management team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients' digital marketing and social media campaigns. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, develop strategic plans, and execute campaigns that drive results. This role requires a blend of creativity, strong communication skills, and an understanding of digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of day-to-day tasks needed to develop world-class digital marketing and social media campaigns for clients with budgets ranging from smaller projects to very large, complex initiatives.
  • Client Management: Work with multiple clients, from smaller projects to complex projects, with the goal of meeting or exceeding team and client expectations.
  • Communication: Communicate project information to the appropriate departmentalized teams to ensure that the solution addresses the client's campaign requirements under the guidance of the account management team leader.
  • Creativity: Demonstrate creativity in meeting client campaign requirements and ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong interpersonal relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to foster collaboration and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 3 years of experience working in a marketing agency.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
