Position Summary:

Expansion in the Top National Brands (W/ Override Agreement): Work closely with National and Regional leadership to identify offices and producers to target for growth. Align with National Partners to make introductions at the regional and office level. Review of our TAM by brand and use data analysis to develop go-to-market strategy.

Prepare for and manage regular Agency Reviews: Work closely with SVP's & RVP's on follow up action items. Monitor partnership effectiveness – internal and external. Address market hurdles and internal process inefficiencies that may be hindering growth and/or retention.

Events: Pre and Post Strategy Plan and Support: Lead market agency specific meetings on a Regional and National level. Drive specific in territory EB conferences and agency specific webinars. Support local level with RVP pre-planning and post-event follow up action initiatives. Build post event analysis on event updates and review with SVP and external regional leaders.

Execute Local Strategy Plan: Expand new office and new broker relationships. Execute on warm introductions. Work closely with RVP and local offices to drive lead. Collaborate with appropriate PH team members on market data analysis (BF, PH reporting and LinkedIn Navigator)

Training: Plan and support execution for National and Regional training to expand our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate annual calendar of support for National Accounts to drive growth and retention of existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners, understanding their unique needs and challenges to drive engagement and identify growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a strong representative of ParetoHealth in the marketplace, attending National events, conferences, and forums to build brand awareness and establish Pareto as an industry leader.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain partnership scorecards.
  • Support SVPs and RVPs with in-market benefits consultants and other National channel partners.
  • Coordinate training opportunities with National partners.
  • Report to National Account partners on performance, goals, trends, and opportunities in local markets.
  • Support key sales National initiatives (e.g., opening new offices).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years work experience in account management for a benefits consulting firm, health benefits vendor or national health insurer.
  • Strategic thinker and relationship builder who is continuously looking to drive new partnerships and maximize growth of current partnerships.
  • Comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced, growing company - ability to innovate, and solve problems creatively.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to inform and drive decision-making.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications with strong executive presence and aptitude to represent the Cost Containment team and company to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with analyzing data from various sources.
