This hands-on, customer-facing role ensures smooth event execution, from check-in to final standings, while maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about running events that bring players together.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management & Customer Service
Manage tournament check-in stations, ensuring accurate registration and seating.
Facilitate tournament events from start to finish.
Greet guests and provide clear instructions for events.
Thank participants for attending and encouraging community engagement.
Organize and schedule events in alignment with store objectives and community interests.
Update event calendars, promotional materials, and in-store signage as needed.
Serve as a backup cashier when needed to assist with front counter operations.
Event Setup & Operations
Keep event areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Set up and break down tables, chairs, and other materials required for events.
Assist with other store duties as assigned by managers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
